How long does it take to make my order?
Every piece is handcrafted or prepared to order. Standard items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and personalized pieces take 7–14 business days — we confirm the timeline when you order.

Can I order a custom design?
Yes. We create fully custom rings, pendants, and bracelets from your ideas or references. Visit our Custom Jewelry Orders page or contact us to get started.

Shipping

How long is delivery?
United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch. International: 10–20 business days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on US orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Sizing

What ring sizes do you offer?
US sizes 3 to 16, including quarter sizes. Not sure of your size? See our Ring Size Guide.

Materials & Care

Is your jewelry real sterling silver?
Yes. All silver pieces are solid 925 sterling silver. We also offer yellow gold plating, rhodium plating, and solid 14K gold options on many designs.

Will the silver tarnish?
All sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. To slow it down: keep your piece away from water, perfume, and chemicals; wipe it gently after wearing; and store it in a dry place. A soft polishing cloth restores the shine.

What is your return policy?
