PROCESSING TIME

All orders are handcrafted or prepared to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom and personalized pieces may require additional processing time of 7-14 business days — we'll confirm the estimated timeline when you place a custom order.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

United States: Standard shipping (5-8 business days) — calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75.

International: Available to select countries, 10-20 business days depending on destination. Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking data to update.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing. If your package appears lost, contact us at support@nextneptune.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
